We build solidarity and take collective action to support victims of Russian state oppression.
-
Our commitment: Help Russians in Tacoma detention and detentions nationwide.
What we do: Our team connects detainees to legal services, delivers documents, offers emotional support, provides visitations in Tacoma, welcomes people upon release, covers initial hotel stays, and assists with essential steps toward rebuilding their lives.
-
Our commitment: Letters for prisoners of conscience
What we do: We raise awareness of political prosecution issues, we host letter-writing events and build community of caring people.
-
Our commitment: Street Rallies and Events, Alexei Navalny Memorial in Seattle, Seattle Pride Parade participation.
What we do: We organize safe protest actions and community rallies in Seattle, giving everyone a platform to speak out for human rights and against repression. Our community built the first volunteer-led Navalny Memorial in Seattle and participates in the annual Pride Parade to raise awareness about LGBTQI+ struggles in Russia and exile.
-
Our commitment: Community Meetups
What we do: We create a safe, inclusive space for connection and mutual support within the diaspora. We host events for all tastes and abilities from hikes, to game nights to letter-writing events.
